HabitFlow is designed to be private by default. The app works entirely on your device and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no logins, and no analytics.
HabitFlow does not collect any personal data. Specifically, we do not gather your name, email address, location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics. The app contains no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
Everything you create in HabitFlow — your habits, completion history, streaks, notes, and settings — is stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device database. This data never leaves your device through HabitFlow and is not accessible to us or to any third party.
HabitFlow lets you export your habits to a JSON file that you control. When you choose to export and share that file, it is handled entirely by you and the destination you select (for example, Files, Mail, or AirDrop). HabitFlow does not receive a copy.
HabitFlow does not require an internet connection and makes no network requests to our servers. We operate no servers that receive your data.
HabitFlow does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. The app is rated suitable for all ages.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected in a future app update.
